โดยกำหนดถือฤกษ์ วันที่ 22 ตุลาคม 2565 จัดกิจกรรมว่ายน้ำข้ามแม่น้ำโขง ระหว่างจุดองค์พญาศรีสัตนาคราช เขตเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม ไปกลับระหว่าง วัดพระธาตุศรีโคตรบอง แขวงคำม่วน สปป.ลาว ระยะทางไปกลับ ประมาณ 15 กิโลเมตร พร้อมเชิญชวนประชาชน นักท่องเที่ยว ร่วมเชียร์ให้กำลังใจ และร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งมีการตั้งกองทุนรับบริจาคนำงบประมาณไปสนับสนุนโรงพยาบาลที่ขาดแคลนงบประมาณ จัดซื้อเครื่องมือการแพทย์ เพิ่มศักยภาพในการรักษาผู้ป่วย และเป็นการนำร่องเชิญชวน ประชาชน นักท่องเที่ยว ให้ความสนใจในการอนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูแหล่งน้ำ นอกจากนี้ยังได้ลงพื้นที่หารือกับหน่วยงานเกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึง ตรวจสอบเส้นทาง สถานที่จัดกิจกรรม เป็นการเตรียมความพร้อม มีประชาชน นักท่องเที่ยว แฟนคลับให้กำลังใจอย่างอบอุ่น
