หมู่บ้านวัฒนธรรมไทดำ ตั้งอยู่ที่ บ้านนาป่าหนาด ตำบลเขาแก้ว อำเภอเชียงคาน จังหวัดเลย ค่ะ เดิมทีแล้ว ชาวไทดำอพยพมาจากเมืองเชียงขวาง ประเทศลาว ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ.2448 แล้วมาตั้งหมู่บ้านอยู่ที่นี่ค่ะ และที่นี่เลยกลายเป็นศูนย์วัฒนธรรมสำคัญของชาไทดำไปในที่สุด โดยผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียน อำเภอเชียงคาน และชาวบ้าน จัดสร้างให้ที่นี่เป็นแหล่งเผยแพร่ข้อมูล วัฒนธรรม และวิถีชีวิตของชาวไทดำ
Tai Dam Cultural Village is located at Ban Na Pa Nad, Khao Kaew Subdistrict, Chiang Khan District, Loei Province. Originally, Tai Dam people migrated from Chiang Kwang, Laos since 1905 to set up a village here. And here it has become an important cultural center of Tai Dam tea in the end. by the Director of the Center for Non-School Education Chiang Khan District and villagers built it here as a source for disseminating information, culture and way of life of Tai Dam people.
